**Role Summary:**
This is a dynamic role for an experienced proposal development professional to join our team of passionate individuals working on the frontline of medical science. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a crucial part in developing high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Developing and managing RFP calendars and ensuring milestones are met by all involved individuals.
- Organizing and leading strategy calls for RFPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Preparing draft budgets and review vendor RFPs and quotes, providing support for bid defense meetings.
**Requirements:
• Minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or University.
• Experience managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CRO.
• Writing, editing, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
