The Operations Talent Program is a global leadership development initiative designed for recent graduates in STEM fields and Economics.
This 2-year program provides participants with hands-on experience in operations management, data analysis, and digital transformation. The program is held in multiple locations worldwide, offering participants the opportunity to work in diverse environments and develop their skills in a fast-paced international setting.
Throughout the program, participants will be exposed to various aspects of operations, including manufacturing, R&D, and business process improvement. They will also have the chance to engage in training activities, job rotations, and individual project work to enhance their knowledge and skills.
To succeed in this program, candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A degree in a relevant field and up to 1 year of working experience are required. Fluency in English is essential, with other languages considered an asset.
Program Structure- Academy: Participants will undergo comprehensive training on operations fundamentals, covering topics such as data analysis, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Job Rotation: After completing the academy, participants will be assigned to a specific operation function, where they will gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.
- Individual Project Work: Participants will be given the opportunity to work on an innovative project, applying their knowledge and skills to real-world problems.
