  • Responsibilities
    • Transactional Support:
      • Provide expert legal advice on transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
      • Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions that balance business objectives with regulatory requirements.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Advice and Counsel:
      • Offer guidance on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies within relevant areas.
      • Assess legal risks and opportunities, developing strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise advice on complex legal matters.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
      • Negotiate and manage conflicts, ensuring seamless resolution and minimizing disruptions.
      • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
    • Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a similar industry.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
      • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
