Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Lead Generation team to engage with a curated list of pre-qualified leads through personalized calls, emails, video outreach, and social media.
- Set up introductory calls between prospects and our Account Executives, ensuring seamless communication and driving the booking process to meet sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects by introducing them to our innovative platform, demonstrating how it simplifies the disability claims process, making it more accessible and efficient.
- Work closely with an Account Executive to understand client needs and address specific pain points, delivering tailored solutions that drive results.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with an experienced sales coach to refine outreach and booking techniques, continually improving performance and achieving exceptional results.
- Utilize our CRM to track outreach and client interactions, maintaining an organized and updated record of communications and next steps.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar SaaS sales role, with a strong background in legal tech or disability compensation being a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of selling to customers in the US market.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers across various levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a comfort with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
- A willingness to proactively approach potential clients via phone calls and other outreach methods.
- Flexibility to work remotely across different time zones.
- Fluent English skills are required, with additional language skills being a significant plus.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is highly valued.
Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and performance.
