About the Role

Catho Online Ltda. - BR - Specialist is looking for an experienced Strategic Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing Mining & Metals accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Mining & Metals sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, preferably with experience in a technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales management position, with a strong focus on customer relationships and account growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately R$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
