Vendor Management Specialist

Ambitious and results-driven senior vendor management professional required to drive business growth and excellence in our retail operations.


Key Responsibilities

Retail specialists are the owners of the vendor relationship, responsible for:

  • Analyzing business data to improve terms and performance
  • Negotiating with vendors to secure great prices and increase convenience
  • Developing long-term partnerships to drive topline and selection fueling category growth

A Day in the Life

Retail specialists own the retail business end-to-end, from topline down to free cash flow. They manage inputs by driving selection, securing great prices, and increasing convenience/speed to accelerate our flywheel.


Requirements

We're looking for a strong communicator with experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, buying or marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical abilities and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and handle multiple projects
  • Ability to use formal and informal influencing skills inside and outside the organization
