We are seeking a Payment Systems Manager to join our high-growth company. Our team believes that making the impossible possible is crucial for success. We created a payment technology that bridges people and businesses in 29 rising markets worldwide.
Our ideal candidate will be a global thinker, valuing diversity, creativity, and hard work. They will be responsible for monitoring payment systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Kibana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., average latency, SLA compliance);
- Conduct system-level investigations, requiring knowledge of APIs, SQL, and log monitoring tools;
- Manage incident management, handling merchant communication/escalation during/after incidents;
- Assist customers in integrating the company's payment systems, applying merchant performance improvements;
- Support merchants around key issues and resolve them quickly.
Requirements:
- Outstanding data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Accountability for dealing with simultaneous problems leading to different areas;
- Solid technical knowledge about integration and operation of payment systems;
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Proficiency in English.
