As a Mortgage Loan Officer Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a significant number of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the country.
You will engage with clients and prospects nationwide, guide them through their mortgage needs, and deliver essential information.
The role involves:
- Handling high call volumes
- Providing accurate information on mortgage products and services
- Client engagement and building strong relationships
- Mortgage guidance and assistance
- Team collaboration and seamless communication
- CRM proficiency and lead follow-up
- Tech savviness and problem-solving abilities
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least two years of sales experience
• Two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience
• A basic understanding of mortgage terms and products
BenefitsThis is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
A company-provided CRM system and leads will be available to support your success.
What You'll Do On The JobYou will attend open houses on weekends, with one weekend off per month. New hires must complete a mandatory two-week training period.
Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (open houses), and closed on Sundays and holidays.
