Lead Technical Sales Efforts

We seek a skilled professional to drive customer experience opportunities across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams and client accounts to lead technical pre-sales activities for customer experience initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of emerging digital experience technologies, providing expert domain and technology knowledge.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of SAS Customer Intelligence solutions against customer use cases, highlighting how SAS differentiates from competitors.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms, relevant to customers' business needs, and deliver solution demonstrations at various levels (power user, marketing user, executive).
Requirements:
  • Curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability – core values that shape our approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical solution sales, pre-sales, or as a practitioner in Analytics, Customer Intelligence, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Marketing Cloud, Web/Digital Analytics, Experience Optimization, or Search Engine Marketing, retargeting platforms, and social media advertising.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with statistical, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence techniques.
  • Knowledge of real-time, inbound, and event trigger driven marketing techniques.
  • Previous knowledge of marketing analytics and digital technologies solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, IBM, Marketo, Google, Teradata, Tableau, Tibco, etc.).
  • Familiarity with coding in SAS or similar statistical software languages.

As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with account executives and clients, providing practical and theoretical guidance on the business value of proposed solutions. You will also strategize with sales teams to achieve sales objectives and set proper expectations throughout the selling cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
