We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
About the Role:The Technical Architect will work closely with senior technical architects and engineers to develop scalable and secure infrastructure designs. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues, as well as providing technical expertise and support to the Service Desk on complex issues.
In addition, the Technical Architect will participate in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure efficiency. This includes ensuring compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with senior technical architects and engineers to develop scalable and secure infrastructure designs.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Service Desk on complex issues.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in computer/business related subject or equivalent work experience or appropriate professional certifications.
- Three to five years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technical disciplines: infrastructure and network design, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, active directory.
- Exposure to multiple and diverse technical configurations, technologies, and process improvements. Project Management. AWS/Azure O365 Platform VBS (VSM, VOC, APM, PSP and ITEL). Ability to drive and manage vendor support relationships. Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time.
