Technical Project ManagerAbout the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage technical project development of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time, motivate team members, and drive continuous improvement throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture and systems, software development, or information security.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role running large cross-team initiatives across multiple functional areas.
  • Experience with project management tools and mechanisms such as JIRA.
  • Ability to organize projects, identify critical path, analyze resourcing requirements, and execute independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in project, product management, or related functions.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams.
