Key Position: Solutions Engineer

This is a strategic role requiring in-depth knowledge of software development, computer systems and technical sales.

We are seeking ambitious professionals with previous experience in solutions engineering or other technical customer-facing roles who can collaborate with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our product offerings during international trade shows and key customer account meetings.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Presents our vision to C-suite executives.
  • Provides expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle from discovery to proposal stages.
  • Delivers on-stage product demonstrations providing insights and context to customers.
  • Gathers feedback from customers to improve our market share and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Develops best practices and shares knowledge with the team to enhance capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the observability space.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting side technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js, and database management.
  • Advanced understanding of Operating Systems including Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
