We are seeking a skilled Operational Strategist to drive improvements in our operations and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code tooling.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and experience in product and operations management.
Responsibilities:- Become proficient with our internal tools (Notion, Google Drive/Docs, Zapier, Retool) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage manual processes, learn from them, and facilitate the transition to more automated systems.
- Liaise between product development and operations to ensure seamless process integration and a consistent feedback loop.
- Support strategy development in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Experience identifying areas of manual operations that can be automated using low-code/no-code software tools.
- Expertise with Retool and Zapier.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
