About this role:

The Customer Success Account Manager is a key professional in driving business outcomes, cloud adoption, and customer satisfaction across commercial cloud portfolios.

This strategic account lead manages engagements that deliver measurable value, build trusted relationships, and ensure customers realize the full potential of their investments.

Responsibilities include leading proactive customer engagements to improve resiliency, security, and operational health, as well as managing reactive support through coordination with internal teams and ensuring readiness for critical incidents.

The role also involves accelerating workload expansion across Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications, forecasting and analyzing consumption trends, and participating in community leadership and sharing best practices across global networks.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Security)
  • 5+ years relevant work experience within Finance industry
