Financial Assistant Role Overview

This position provides an opportunity to work closely with the finance team, administrative staff, and other internal departments, contributing to the organization, analysis, and improvement of financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor the receipt of customer payments.
  • Perform bank account reconciliations.
  • Verify reimbursement requests and employee travel expenses.
  • Provide support in generating electronic remittances for billing and payments.
  • Assist with monthly accounting closing.
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records.
  • Help suppliers and customers on financial matters.
  • Interface with the financial department of the headquarters.
  • Perform other related activities as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial data analysis and manipulation.
  • Advanced English language skills.
