About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team at Share People Hub. This position is exclusively for people with disabilities (PWD). As a global company, we value diversity and inclusion, and we strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and accessible to all.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms for portfolio optimization, recommendations, personalization, promos, segmentation, imputation, and insights discovery. They will also have proficiency in Python/PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling tasks, as well as experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, and Spark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. They will also stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, ensuring a strong technical foundation to solve complex business problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for portfolio optimization, recommendations, personalization, promos, segmentation, imputation, and insights discovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
  • Utilize cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, and Spark for big data processing and analysis.
  • Utilize Python/PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling tasks.
