Job Description

This is a pre-sales engineer position where you will be working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide support during the matching process. You will work with clients to custom-match them with engineering experts from our talent network and introduce them in a way that showcases the talent's experience, skills, and relevance to the client's business needs.

This is a remote position requiring strong written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills to manage client relationships. Excellent time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability are also required.

You must be a world-class individual contributor who can thrive in a fast-paced company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and diverse contacts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to understand their needs and providing support during the matching process
  • Custom-matching clients with engineering experts from our talent network
  • Introducing the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent's experience, skills, and relevance to the client's business needs
  • Managing the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience successfully working on software development projects or recruiting for developers in tech companies or start-ups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and diverse contacts
