As a technical support specialist, you will provide expert assistance to clients via remote diagnostic tools.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and timely responses to customer inquiries for technical assistance on gas chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.
- Offer phone support in problem-solving and technical assistance for customers.
- Leverage post-sales interactions with customers to identify potential revenue opportunities and provide qualified leads to sales teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience with Agilent analytical instrumentation.
- Practical experience using and/or supporting GC/GC-MS, atomic spectroscopy, and related products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical troubleshooting skills.
