Engineering Hub Opportunity

We are establishing a new engineering hub in São Paulo and seeking an experienced Senior+/Staff Engineer to contribute to shaping our technical direction.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our local culture, developing and enhancing products specifically for Brazil customers while collaborating closely with our global teams.

The focus areas include enhancing the Brazil Business and Consumer offering, optimizing the PIX experience, implementing integrations with banks, payment providers, and other local partners.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy features tailored for the Brazilian market.
  • Propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs and solutions.
  • Conduct rigorous code and design reviews.
  • Implement integrations with local financial institutions and automate onboarding workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and technical implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Your Responsibilities
  • Be a foundational member of our São Paulo engineering hub, helping shape our local culture and processes.
  • Develop and enhance products specifically for Brazil customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our global teams to ensure our systems effectively serve our growing Brazilian customer base.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor within the São Paulo engineering hub.
  • Stay updated on relevant Brazilian and LatAm market trends, payment systems, and regulatory requirements.
