Job Summary:

  • The role of Senior HR Advisor entails collaborating closely with senior business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational goals and objectives, while driving employee engagement, talent development, and a high-performance culture.
A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategist: Work collaboratively with senior leaders to understand their needs and develop human resources solutions that drive business success.
  • Talent Development Specialist: Support onboarding, performance management, and succession planning initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Culture Ambassador: Foster a positive work environment by developing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and company culture.
  • Training and Development Expert: Implement training programs to build leadership and technical competencies. Assist in organizational design, restructuring, and headcount planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conflict Resolution Specialist: Address workforce concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Data Analyst: Analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of helping to develop and implement strategic organization-wide solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in human resources.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
  • Full proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience working across teams including Talent Acquisition.
  • Travel as needed globally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a technology or software-based company.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs as needed.
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives at all levels of an organization.
