Project Controls Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of projects, as well as providing expert advice on project controls best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project control strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, as well as develop plans to capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on project controls best practices.
- Analyze project data to inform decision making and optimize project performance.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in project controls, including experience in large, global oil and gas projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project controls concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Solid understanding of Earned Value Management Techniques (EVMT) and ability to apply them in practice.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
