Your Role as a Service Representative
  • Conduct sales efforts to promote products and services offered by our company.
  • Provide technical support to customers with network connection issues.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer disputes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals.
  • Respond to sales inquiries/calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work with teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist new clients with their internet setup; provide industry expertise and make a great first impression.
  • Use our knowledge base to research answers to customer inquiries and respond with timely and accurate information.
  • Attend regular coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure key performance indicators are met, focusing on NPS (Net Promoter Score) and ASA (Average Speed of Answer).
  • Comply with telecom regulatory requirements when providing end-user assistance.
