As a seasoned transaction management expert, you will lead high-performing teams to excel in processing document transactions and remittances. Utilizing expertise in operations management, you will optimize productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale transactions processing operations, focusing on operational excellence, process optimization, compliance, risk management, and people management.
  • Apply deep knowledge of transaction management principles, strategic thinking, and data analysis to interpret customer needs, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Enhance operational processes using artificial intelligence and automation to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate operational strategy and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and clients.
  • Identify and address issues promptly, raising awareness to stakeholders for resolution while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Develop a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching and mentoring skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least seven years of experience leading large, complex operations teams, with a proven ability to manage organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong skills in operational leadership, strategic planning, and building effective relationships across functions.
  • Expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence, process improvement, and automation technologies.
  • Advanced skills in strategic thinking, data analysis, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs, including travel and non-traditional hours.
