Business Development Manager, Regional Growth Strategy

They should also have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities- Drive regional sales growth through strategic partnerships
- Supervise a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team performance
- Provide input to hiring, promotion, and rewards decisions
