We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming store environment, while assisting with daily tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and acknowledge every customer with a smile and a friendly approach, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Assist customers in finding what they need, answering any questions they may have, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions and weekly deals, ensuring customers receive the best value possible.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Happy to train new associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- A positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.
