Job Summary:

You will be working directly with clients to understand their needs, match them with Developers from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Engineering experts from different specialties within our talent network, and provide support throughout the engagement and beyond.
  • Write professional job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job.
  • Find the right talent to meet client goals.
  • Introduce the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent's experience, skills, and relevance to the client's business needs.
  • Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience successfully working on software development projects or recruiting for Developers.
  • Experience leading and synthesizing remote client sales or consultative interviews preferred.
  • Effectively determines capabilities and deliverables required to solve technical problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability.
  • Thrives under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.
