Strategic Operations Manager
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) SW and Engineering organization.
You will oversee the management of suppliers, vendors, and licenses, ensuring that all contractual agreements are met and that relationships are maintained at the highest level.
Another key aspect of this role is the preparation of project plans, objectives, and deliverables, as well as ensuring compliance with facilities regulations, including Information Assurance Security Testing (IAST), Cyber Security.
As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will also support the documentation of processes and tools, and work closely with the workforce management team to generate metrics and reports to forecast and support workforce allocation, planning and SW Cap information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills, including project structuring
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metric for engineering development
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
- A process-oriented mindset adept at utilizing data, insights, and reporting to foster a culture of optimization
