Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technologist to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a FullStack Leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute technical roadmaps for full-stack services on AWS, leveraging expertise in Go, Python, and React.
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems for Fortune-500-level businesses, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Transform data into customer-facing capabilities by building services, pipelines, and APIs that meet the needs of global enterprises.
- Lead hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure compliance, security-by-design, and auditability for regulated industries, such as finance, healthcare, and public sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical deliverables, driving alignment and outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- +5 years of experience with Golang, Python (NumPy, SciPy), and React.
- +5 years of experience designing and operating AWS cloud architectures in production environments.
- +5 years of experience building enterprise-scale distributed systems and SaaS products.
- Experience working in regulated industries, such as finance, healthcare, or public sector.
- Proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.
- Strong expertise across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work collaboratively with teams in Eastern Time (ET).
