We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an ICE Specialist. As part of our Electrophysiology business, you will play a critical role in advancing the treatment of heart disease through cutting-edge medical technologies.
As an ICE Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and clinical support for our intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) technology. This includes:
- Providing expert support during Cardiac ablation and Structural Heart procedures, including case planning, preparation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining deep clinical knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and Intracardiac Echo technology, as well as other imaging modalities like TEE and TTE.
- Educating physicians, healthcare professionals, and our team members on the efficacy and use of our ICE products.
- Resolving technical issues and providing guidance on product usage through various communication channels.
- Gathering and relaying customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement and development.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to support business objectives and product advancements.
Requirements include an associate's degree or higher in a related clinical field, a minimum of 6 years of experience in cardiovascular or structural heart procedures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification is also required.
