Senior Clinical Trial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead our clinical site management team from study initiation through closure. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clinical monitoring and site activities within the project, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical site management team members.
  • Serve as the key liaison between site management and other project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage monitoring deliverables, achieving study goals while identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams remotely.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, with a track record of offering creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to interact professionally with sponsor contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, or equivalent role.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Obesity or Diabetes experience is highly desirable for this GLP-1 Study.
  • Candidates must reside in Latin America.
  • Willingsness to travel up to 30%.
  • English language proficiency required.
