Mid-Level Embedded Software Professional

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a world-class family of products deployed across network infrastructures globally.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional development experience and be proficient in at least one programming language including Bash, Javascript (NodeJS), Python, C, or C++. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software for Nodegrid OS using various programming languages.
  • Support the development and debugging of network protocols and services.
  • Research, design, and propose technical solutions to implement new features requested by the product team.
  • Maintain open-source third-party software packages.
  • Properly test implementations before handing over to the Quality Assurance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient with Linux command line as a user or server administrator.
  • College-level understanding of computer networking concepts.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • English language: comfortable reading and writing, able to listen and speak.
