Job Title: Senior Tax Planning Staff Manager

The Brazil/South America region is currently searching for a Senior Tax Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Tax Leadership

Work closely with the VP Finance for Latin America, the finance team, external tax provider, Regional Tax Leaders and Global Tax Controllership teams to ensure consistency in process, risk and outcomes.

  • Support planning and project work,
  • including reviewing optimized legal structures for commercial deals.

Support the business on key projects as well as ad-hoc tax queries, including transfer pricing, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Economics or (tax) Law
  • English is a must
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and accounting packages

Highly developed analytical skills, excellent time management skills, high level of attention to detail, good communication skills, professional interpersonal and relationship skills are essential for this role.
