Compliance Product Officer Senior

Job Description

This senior compliance officer will oversee the development and implementation of Compliance programs, policies, and practices across various geographies. The role requires expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Compliance professionals, overseeing monitoring and identification of regulatory developments, analyzing and scoping the impact of new and complex regulatory developments, and providing credible challenge to ICRM and function/business/product management.

The individual will also lead initiatives and manage high-impact special project work streams with a results-driven focus to deliver solutions, including coordinating the implementation of new regulatory requirements.

In addition, the role involves partnering with other ICRM teams and global functions, including Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology, and Finance to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge in CCB Business, loans, syndicated loans
  • Advanced English (speaking, writing, reading)
