The Finance Control Management – Associate is a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's operational, regulatory, and reputational risks are effectively mitigated.
- This position plays a crucial part in the execution of the control agenda across the business units.
- Developing a deep understanding of the Business's processes, compliance requirements, and risk environment is essential for success.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex issues is a key responsibility.

- As part of a team responsible for controls oversight, this individual will focus on Global Income Attributions and Allocations, EMEA, NA, and LATAM Legal Entity Control.
- Producing and monitoring Operational Risk metrics such as Risk Events, Action Plans, Issues, and reporting on Nostros, Inter-Affiliate Services, Procedures, and Firmwide Issue Tracking is a critical function.
- Assisting the team in creating presentations for various Control Forums where updates are provided to senior stakeholders within Finance is an important aspect.
- Conducting qualitative assessments and deep dives on high-risk control areas, working closely with the Business to ensure remediation initiatives and CORE issue closures meet high standards.
- Coordinating with External Auditors on Financial Statements audits by managing and coordinating audit requests and follow-ups across functions is a significant responsibility.
