Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to present and explain our V4 method to prospects, followed by consistent follow-up. This role requires complex B2B negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation of the V4 method to close sales;
  • Follow up with prospects consistently;
  • Lead complex B2B negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory fluency in English; Spanish is an asset;
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing industry;
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Resilience to meet targets;
  • Emotional intelligence – knowing how to manage emotions is key to success;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • A communicative, clear, and relationship-driven profile to build strong client connections;
  • Coachability – openness to feedback for continuous growth;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
