Sales engineering delivery managers play a pivotal role in connecting clients with internal teams, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading discovery sessions, capturing key details, and developing high-impact proposals that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble cross-functional teams, align them on project scope, and lead technical discovery calls, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop engaging presentation decks and proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Coordinate sales, recruiting, and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff.
- 3+ years of experience in similar sales and delivery management roles
- Exceptional communication and soft skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills, strong presentation, and storytelling abilities
- UX and presentation design acumen, solid grasp of user experience principles, and proven track record of creating high-quality presentation decks
- Technical savvy and SDLC knowledge, deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Analytical and strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and ability to prioritize client objectives while balancing technical feasibility and business goals
- Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination, demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments
