Job Overview

We're looking for experienced analysts to build a bench for opportunities within Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research lines of business.

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you'll work with a team that specializes in global market research, working with top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers.

Our clients include 8 of the top 10 global banks, and we support them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research news, financial data, company presentations, and participate in earnings calls and investor relations calls.
  • Analyze strengths and weaknesses of companies based on industry, business, and financial risk.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Excel-based financial models, including forecasting and benchmarking companies on financial and operating metrics.
  • Conduct extensive company valuation using DCF, market-based valuation using multiples.
  • Update financial models and client's databases on a regular basis, including earnings season.
  • Build and forecast financial statements of companies.
  • Write financial reports and presentations in English.
  • Prepare information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, and due diligence decks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit/equity research, investment banking advisory, or private equity.
  • Graduate from business administration, finance, economy, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: CFA Level 1, master's in finance.
  • Experience in the market of technology companies is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial modeling and quantitative data analysis (working with Excel).
  • Very good level of Excel (VBA/programming not required).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with US/Europe based clients and with other centers of our organization.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to ensure high quality of deliverables and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
  • Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
  • Guide, mentor, and train junior analysts on the job.
  • Desirable: Experience with databases such as Capital IQ, Factset, Refinitiv, Thomson.
