Job Summary:
The role of Senior Product Manager encompasses the development, execution, and management of comprehensive marketing strategies for a business unit in Latin America. This position involves collaborating with the global business unit and the Latin America sales organization to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily management of assigned surgical product line(s), programs, and sales support in the field.
  • Design and manage initiatives to enhance penetration and drive sales of existing products - sales and product promotions, customer targeting.
  • Conduct market research on trends, size, and competitive landscape for assigned product franchises.
  • Drive portfolio management; develop product pipeline and roadmap for assigned product franchises aligned with business unit strategic initiatives.
  • Develop content for core products and new product introductions including market development, training, education, and sales/marketing collateral (publications, brochures, electronic media, and marketing communication/education content).
  • Develop and/or consult on operational initiatives to improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships for regional voice of customer (VOC) feedback and new idea generation process.
  • Formulate designated product line positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Support the Sales team with sales materials, customer communications, and presentations, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of operating plan and budget for assigned product line(s).
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels.
  • Provide support, as needed, to the Regulatory Affairs team on local product registrations.
  • Attend tradeshow meetings and education workshops. Participate in sales training efforts for assigned product line(s) at annual sales meetings and regional breakouts.
