Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates across different functions and levels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with the HR and talent acquisition teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing strategies.
  • A proactive, organized approach with the ability to handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
