  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and handle a pipeline of projects and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience, and PhD degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Availability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
