Manage national data supplier relationships within a significant market or region to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed contract goals in complex accounts by developing and executing effective contract strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing contracts through strategic account planning.
- Lead negotiations for multiyear contract renewals with key suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with executive decision makers at assigned suppliers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate IQVIA resource involvement to meet supplier needs and oversee contract implementation.
- Develop and execute account plans with regular progress monitoring to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Complete graduation with a relevant degree.
- Expert knowledge of IQVIA core products and customer account management principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiating skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and market research expertise to drive business success.
- Advanced English language proficiency is essential.
- Intermediate Spanish is beneficial but not required.
