Overview

The National Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the country, aligning the sales team with the company's objectives, optimizing sales productivity, and enhancing partner relationships by analyzing performance data and implementing targeted strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement strategic plans and goals to achieve sales objectives and budgets.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive growth across regions, supporting teams to overcome challenges.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Provide data-driven sales performance feedback to the senior management team.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with commercial partners to grow the distribution network.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic direction.
  • Lead continuous process improvement and foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience (leader of leaders) managing sales teams with deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and trends in telecom, tech, finance, insurance, or FMCG.
  • Successful track record leading retail/carrier accounts of all sizes and engaging at the C-level in large organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop action plans based on insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), Microsoft Office, G Suite, sales analytics, and reporting.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
