This senior key accounts manager position involves developing and executing strategic plans to integrate diverse product offerings across various divisions with the pharmaceutical market.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a unified market approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business strategies to promote comprehensive solutions within client organizations.
- Educate clients on the value and benefits of coordinated solutions spanning the entire product lifecycle.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biopharma sectors.
- Develop and manage sales targets, tracking project progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Nurture positive relationships with collaborators in the biopharma industry through regular communication and attendance at industry events.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience, and PhD degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
