**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a results-driven retail professional to lead and support all activities to achieve business objectives, demonstrate exceptional customer service culture, and take responsibility for human resource management.

This dynamic leader will drive sales performance, maintain operational integrity, and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place.

**Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive sales performance through effective leadership and customer engagement.
  • Manage stock levels and optimize full-price selling while maintaining a high sell-through rate.
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
  • Capture meaningful customer data for personalized client development opportunities.
  • Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.

**Client Development:**

  • Establish relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Promote brand awareness through network outreach and company-sponsored events.
  • Deliver superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase customer loyalty.

**Operations:**

  • Recap monthly store performance in end-of-month format.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Loss Prevention quarterly self-audits and monthly cycle counts.

**Talent Management:**

  • Schedule monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates.
  • Assist with the annual review process and set annual employee goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience as a Store Manager in retail or luxury retail.
  • Experience managing stores with teams of over 20 people.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
