Somos uma equipe em busca de um profissional comprometido e inspirado para fazer uma diferença significativa. Como Product Owner, você será responsável por garantir que o produto esteja alinhado com a estratégia da empresa.
Responsabilidades- Colaborar com a equipe para manter uma visão clara e motivadora para o produto;
- Comunicar e auxiliar no engajamento dos stakeholders de forma contínua;
- Desenvolver o roadmap ou conjunto de objetivos com a perspectiva de evolução do produto, alinhado com a estratégia da empresa;
- Elaborar um backlog priorizado a partir do roadmap;
- Analisar indicadores e dados sobre o produto para facilitar a tomada de decisão;
- Monitorar e explicar o retorno esperado do produto;
- Colaborar com a construção de uma cultura organizacional ágil com seu time, pares e stakeholders;
- Capturar insights para a resolução de demandas com os times e pares;
- Realizar atividades de P&D para elaboração de novos produtos e/ou melhoria dos produtos correntes, visando a melhoria da satisfação dos clientes.
- Formação superior completa em Administração, sistemas de Informação ou áreas relacionadas;
- Proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas;
- Ser capaz de organizar e controlar as demandas do time;
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban, e conhecimento de ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Habilidades de comunicação, negociação e liderança, com a capacidade de trabalhar efetivamente com equipes multifuncionais;
- Análise de dados e métricas, com conhecimento de Excel e PBI;
- Diferencial ter experiência com produtos de empréstimos e portabilidade;
