Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

This is an administrative role focused on project coordination, planning, documentation, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

This position is fully remote with working hours in Eastern Standard Time (United States time zone). Fluency in spoken and written English is required for collaboration with U.S.-based team members and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution
  • Quality assurance functions involve reviewing documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background with relevant experience in administration or a related field
  • Proven working experience in environments requiring attention to detail
  • Able to balance multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with remote teams
