This is a dynamic opportunity to build meaningful relationships and drive growth in key markets. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong business development skills to lead our regional chain brands and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
- Promote collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform in brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations, enhancing partnership and stickiness between brands and the company.
- Gain a deep understanding of categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans covering growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs to strengthen influence within the industry.
- Establish strong communication with the delivery department, acting as a bridge between brands and the platform's delivery operations, and work collaboratively to optimize the brand delivery service experience.
- Provide insights for decision-making using frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics.
- 8+ years of experience in key roles related to business development, account management, or a similar field (senior-level experience preferred).
