Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of our facilities. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the efficient management of transportation between sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative routines, including paperwork and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Ensure the efficient management of transportation between sites.
- Support the management of corporate credit cards and systems.
- Process purchasing requisitions and invoices from providers.
- Guarantee accurate splitting of services between cost centers.
- Organize and manage mail, ensuring timely distribution and handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to ERP systems.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
