We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the development and operation of a platform empowering teams to experiment with and deploy AI-driven models at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build internal tools, automation scripts, and developer-facing interfaces for seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) supporting foundational models and intelligent agents.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform/CDK for efficient provisioning and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes via APIs, agents, or prompt workflows.
  • Contribute to reproducible, scalable, and observable environments for AI and automation use cases.
  • Promote responsible automation practices across the engineering organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AWS platform engineering experience: 5+ years, including container management, RDS, DocumentDB, API management, secrets management, and Terraform.
  • Strong cloud infrastructure expertise with AWS services like EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and others.
  • Proven software development skills in languages like Python, TypeScript, or similar.
  • Familiarity with database administration for data import/export, recovery, and diagnosis.
  • Hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools.
  • Experience with Terraform or CDK for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across teams.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+).

  • Familiarity with AI automation libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or similar.
  • Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
