About the Position
We're connecting ambitious companies with exceptional professionals from diverse backgrounds. We're seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base.
In this role, you'll identify and engage with potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian businesses—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Articulate our value proposition to U.S. and Canadian businesses clearly and effectively
- Arrange discovery calls and transfer qualified leads to our leadership team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance messaging and lead generation strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation
- Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
- Experience selling to North American markets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
